DOCISOL 20MG /80MG Nanosomal Docetaxel Lipid Suspension Anti-Neoplastic Vial 1x20mg, 1X80mg Docisol 20mg/80mg Injection is an anti-cancer medication used for the treatment of breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer and cancers of head and neck. Docetaxel is a second-generation chemotherapeutic agent of the taxane family. docetaxel’s primary mechanism of action is to bind β-tubulin, enhancing proliferation and stabilizing conformation. Doing so inhibits the proper assembly of microtubules into the mitotic spindle, arresting the cell cycling during G2/M Some of the common side effects of this medicine include breathlessness, constipation, oedema (swelling), infection, loss of appetite, muscle pain, nail disorder, pain, and weakness.
